As a response to the continuous improvement that has always stood out as one of our maxims in management and quality processes, from Multiple Sclerosis Navarra (EM Navarra) we have worked on the design and development of a mobile application (APP) that facilitates, improve and speed up the relationship with the users of our services.The EM Navarra mobile application aims to improve communication and appointment booking processes in the different services offered by the Association.From the APP, available for both IOS (Apple) and Android platforms, users can reserve their appointment in the services provided by EM Navarra: Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Neuropsychology, Physiotherapy, Petö and Speech Therapy, in addition to booking a place for the events that are organized from the Association.In addition to having direct access to their appointments, users can cancel them, in case they can not attend, and view the agenda of events, to be aware at all times of the activity of the Association and not miss anything.
In each activity the related information is shown, and you can sign up for the event, as well as other accompanying people.From the APP you can also view the latest news published and access information directly.The development and implementation of this APP has been possible thanks to the collaboration and funds of the Innovative Program of the Obra Social La Caixa and Fundación CajaNavarra, which has financed the project at 80%.Download the application on your mobile and start using the different services of the Multiple Sclerosis Navarra APP.
